Wind Song

Description:

The flute and oboe, synonymous with musical excerpts of nature and life, are highlighted in this concert of songs. The bird-like and zephyr quality of these soprano instruments will be featured in songs of virtuosity and lyricism. The program will bring to light not only the often ignored repertoire of the flute/oboe duo, but the overlooked works of female composers.
