Beyond her career as a performer, Faith is uniquely dedicated to sharing the benefits of the piano with young children. In the fall of 2006, she founded Harlem Classics Piano Studio. She believes in a fun and uncomplicated method of instruction, while at the same time introducing her students to the value of discipline from the very first lesson. She incorporates many different methods of teaching in order to adapt to individual students' needs, but ultimately relies on her years of experience and pedagogy training as a solid basis for interacting with students in the classroom. Faith, currently serves on the faculty of The Bronx Conservatory of Music and The New York Music Group.

Most of all, Faith is passionate about helping children to develop a passion for music. Many of her students have come to view her as both an instructor and a mentor, a role that she warmly invites.
