We’re so excited to announce a diverse set of in-person programs for students this summer. From our Summer Voyagers program for young students beginning their musical journeys, to our Strings and Piano Intensives for developing musicians, to our Guitar Week and Adult Guitar Weekend, Bloomingdale is offering unique programs for all age groups. This summer we are excited to offer flexible lesson packages to fit a wide range of scheduling needs. Students can register for lesson packages of 4 or more lessons which can be flexibly scheduled directly with the instructor during the Summer semester. Both in-person and virtual lesson options are available and all students are invited to participate in the Summer Sharing Hour, an informal student recital to showcase student’s great work.

Adult Guitar Weekend

(Ages 18+)
July 16-17

Geared specifically toward adult players, this jam-packed weekend will feature technique classes, workshops, master classes, and opportunities to play in an ensemble with other guitarists. The weekend will culminate in a joint faculty and student concert.

Our goal is to make music education accessible and to remove the financial barrier that may prevent students from participating. Therefore, we offer need-based financial aid to as many students as possible.
