What you will learn
Students will learn how to hold the instrument and the bow, the rudiments of music reading, basic rhythms, and, of course, how to make music with other players.
Basic Violin SKills
Students will be introduced to other skills including singing, note and rhythm reading, and how to play with others in a small ensemble setting.
Basic Musical Skills
Students will be introduced to other skills including singing, note and rhythm reading, and functioning behaviorally and musically within an ensemble.
Interpersonal Skills
Students will work together, learn together, and help one another as they come across musical challenges together.
