What you will learn
Voice for Children is a beginner music/singing class that teaches students to read vocal sheet music, learn vocal warmups, build singing repertoire while providing group performance opportunities.
Basic Musicianship Skills
Students will learn how to read pitches, rhythm and other musical notation.
Repertoire
Students will learn songs from the Broadway and Pop repertoire.
Performance
Students will learn how to present themselves in performance. There will be 1-2 performance opportunities per semester.
