Marianela Torres is an accomplished pianist, educator, and arts administrator with over fifteen years of experience in New York City and internationally. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of HR and Operations at the Bloomingdale School of Music. She has previously held administrative roles at Turtle Bay Music School, Alliance Artists Management, Argento New Music Project, and International House, where she received a Performing Arts Fellowship. With a strong focus on supporting people and finances, Marianela is dedicated to advocating for fair compensation, streamlined processes, and clear communication within arts organizations.
