Noelle Barbera

With over ten years of experience in arts administration, specializing in Marketing and Development, Noelle Barbera brings a unique perspective to her work, having transitioned from a career as a professional musician. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Voice from the Manhattan School of Music, as well as a Certificate in Customer-Driven Marketing from Cornell University. Her deep passion for music and the arts has fueled her commitment to supporting arts organizations in their mission to thrive and make a meaningful impact.

As a creative leader in marketing and development, she is equally skilled in strategic planning, data analysis, and storytelling. Her goal is to forge authentic connections between people and the arts, helping to elevate organizations that enrich lives and contribute to a more vibrant, culturally engaged world.

Since 2021, she has served as the Director of Marketing and Development at Bloomingdale, where she leads the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing, fundraising, and communications strategies. In this role, she collaborates with a talented and diverse team of staff, consultants, and partners to amplify the school’s narrative, engage the community, enhance the institution’s visibility and impact, and achieve.
