Meet our Make-over Vendors

This fall, our school was nominated and selected to receive a TV make-over of our David Greer Recital Hall and backyard by the hit NBC reality show George to the Rescue.

The work they did was beyond what we could have imagined.  We are so excited to be able to provide an updated space for our students, faculty, and community to come together for hundreds of rehearsals, classes, and performances throughout the year.

The project, led by SilverLining Inc. completely transformed the Hall and the backyard space. They gathered some of the city’s best architects, acousticians, landscape designers and muralists for the project, all of whom donated their time and resources to provide a world-class concert hall for our community non-profit.



The makeover could not have been made possible without the more than 25 companies, listed here, who donated their services and products:

Donated gear and helped with the installation of performance and house lighting.

Forte Express Plumbing & Heating – Plumbing & Sprinkler

Donated all labor and material to complete new drain piping installation and relocation of sprinkler piping.

Coco Architectural Grilles & Metal Craft – Decorative Metal

Fabricated the custom laser cut aluminum panels that are installed in the front doors and provided bar grilles to Comfort Air Conditioning to use in the interior space.

Donated and installed pre-finished Quartered and Rift White Oak Chevron in Flatbush Color for the Hall, and pre-finished Wide Plank Oak in Flatbush Color for the school entryway.
