BSM Guitar Festival: January 25 & 26
Bloomingdale School of Music is very excited to present our annual Guitar Festival in January, curated by faculty member Jose Maldonado. This event promises to be a fun and educational experience. The festival will take place over two days. On Saturday January 25 Bloomingdale guitar students will participate in a masterclass with guest artist Zaira Meneses. Afterward there is a student recital followed by a concert featuring BSM’s guitar faculty.
On Sunday January 26, Bloomingdale is pleased to welcome Zaira Meneses to the school. She will present a recital with works of J.S. Bach, M.M. Ponce, and Leo Brouwer. It is sure to be a wonderful program.
