  1. Take the M104 or M4 bus to the Broadway/W 108th St stop.
  2. Walk west on W 108th St – Bloomingdale School of Music is on your right.

Summer Rental Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Summer hours and studio availability are subject to change. The promotional rate is available through September 1.

Yes. The studios included in the promotion have access to their own private air conditioning system.

Yes. All small studios involved in this promotion come equipped with a tuned piano.

Yes. The studios can be used for individual vocal practice, audition preparation, musical theater work, coaching, and other permitted practice activities.

No outside teaching or coaching is allowed at Bloomingdale School of Music. 

Booking is easy. Simply email our Registration Team at registrar@bsmny.org to get started. We’ll send you a quick JotForm to complete a liability waiver for insurance purposes, then we’ll help you reserve a room based on your preferred date, time, and availability.

Bloomingdale School of Music is located in a historic brownstone and is a walk-up building without an elevator. The small studios included in this offer are located on the third and fifth floors, so guests should be prepared to use stairs.

The promotional rate runs through September 1, subject to availability.

No. The $10 rate applies to select small studios. Other rooms may be rented at their usual rates. To view those studios, click here.

Yes. In addition to our practice studios, Bloomingdale offers two performance spaces for event rentals: the David Greer Recital Hall and the Baisley Powell Elebash Salon, located on the second floor.

These spaces may be available for recitals, performances, rehearsals, meetings, and other events. For availability, pricing, and rental details, please visit our Event Rentals page or contact our Events Manager, Gloria Lam, at glam@bsmny.org.
