In celebration of Aaron Copland’s 125th anniversary, this program will feature four major works that reveal the brilliance and originality of one of the greatest composers of the 20th century. The concert will include selections from his ballet score Billy the Kid and his song cycle Twelve Poems of Emily Dickinson, the Concerto for Clarinet, and his festive El Salón Mexico featuring the Bloomingdale Faculty Chamber Ensemble conducted by Conrad Chu.
