Born and raised in the Philippines, Danica Balboa brings a thoughtful and organized approach to her role as Executive Assistant at the Bloomingdale School of Music. She is dedicated to creating clarity and structure in fast-paced environments, ensuring that teams, projects, and leadership initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.

Before joining Bloomingdale, Danica supported leaders and creative professionals in the education sector. With a strong background in administration and coordination, she is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs—skills that allow her to streamline complex schedules and strengthen collaboration across departments.

Danica earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Social Studies, in the Philippines. She finds great purpose in helping others do their best work. “I’ve always loved bringing order to creative environments,” she shares. “It’s where I feel I can make the most difference—making sure everything runs smoothly so that ideas can truly take shape.”
