Director of Finance
Kayla Jackmon is committed to advancing arts education and nonprofit financial leadership. She currently serves as Director of Finance at Bloomingdale School of Music, ensuring the organization’s financial health aligns with its mission of accessible music education. She also holds roles as Finance Co-Chair for the Teaching Artists Guild and Company Manager for the NYC DOE Arts Office’s All(In)clusive Teen Theatre Ensemble.
An alumna of The Ohio State University with degrees in International Studies and Theatre, Kayla also completed the Acting Apprenticeship at Actors Theatre of Louisville. She has engaged in professional development through Nonprofit New York and 8Res under the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. As a seasoned presenter, she has led workshops at Nonprofit New York’s Annual Conference and the Arts in Education Roundtable Face to Face Conference. Kayla’s dual expertise in the arts and nonprofit management positions her to foster both creativity and financial sustainability in all her work.
