Faculty Concert Series Returns for the 2025/26 Season

The Bloomingdale School of Music Faculty Concert Series continues to be an integral part of the musical life of the Upper West Side. Our new season will feature some of the most talented and accomplished musicians on the faculty as well as distinguished guest artists. Our concerts have always reflected the wonderfully diverse community that is Bloomingdale and this season will continue that tradition with music of various genres and styles.

Highlights of the 2025/2026 season include a concert celebrating the 125th anniversary of Aaron Copland, the Bloomingdale Woodwind Quintet playing Paquito D’Rivera, music from the golden era of Brazilian Jazz, Guitar music from Puerto Rico, an evening of chamber music by Mozart and a special tribute to jazz saxophonist and composer Joe Ford.

Join us on Friday evenings for an intimate experience hearing beautiful music and sharing in the wonderful community at Bloomingdale. We look forward to seeing you and for the many great musical moments that await us in this new season. – Marc Peloquin, concert series curator
